Personal information

Personal information identifies you as an individual, such as your name, email address and telephone number. We collect it when you send us an application, when you book a call, and when you otherwise choose to send it to us. Our application form specifically collects your name, email, phone number, your current situation, what you want to achieve, your stated readiness to invest, and your intended start timeframe.

How we use it

To assess your application, to contact you about it, to schedule and run a call, to send confirmations and reminders for a call you booked, and to measure which advertising brought you here. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising technologies

We may use cookies and related technologies such as web beacons and advertising pixels, including Meta's, to measure advertising performance and to show ads to people who have visited. A cookie is a text file placed on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses. Service providers

Service providers process data on our behalf: our CRM and automation provider (HighLevel), our scheduling provider (Calendly), and our website host (Vercel). These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. Only authorised personnel and third-party vendors have access to your personal information, and they are required to treat it as confidential.

Consent and contact

Submitting the application form is your consent to be contacted about it by phone, email and text. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot process your application.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised persons will not obtain access to your personal information.

Access, correction and deletion

You may access, correct, update and delete any personally-identifiable information you submit, and unsubscribe from any mailing list. Follow the instructions on the relevant page or contact us at info@scaleyourresults.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
