Please read this before applying. It describes what Agent Marketer is, what it is not, and what we do and do not claim.

This is education and training

Agent Marketer teaches a marketing service model. It is not a job, an investment, a franchise, or a promise of income. You are buying instruction and support. What you do with it is your business, and the result depends on your effort, your skill, your market, and factors outside anyone's control.

The figures on this site are the founder's own

Every revenue figure shown belongs to the founder's consultancy, not to a student. Amounts described as collected are gross payment processor volume in Canadian dollars over the stated period. Gross collected revenue is not profit, not take-home pay, and not what anyone else earned. Business costs, taxes, refunds and processing fees are not deducted from those figures.

There are no student results yet

We do not publish student case studies, testimonials, or income examples, because there are none to publish. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation of what a participant has earned or will earn. If we publish student results in future, they will be identified as such and substantiated.

No earnings are promised or guaranteed

We do not promise, project or guarantee any level of income, any number of clients, or any timeframe to a first client. Any example figures used to explain the model, including illustrations of a real estate agent's commission, describe an agent's economics and are arithmetic examples only. They are not participant earnings and are not a forecast.

What the guarantee actually is

The program carries a conditional service guarantee, not a money-back guarantee. It provides continued coaching under defined conditions. It does not provide a cash refund of any kind. The full conditions, qualifying activity requirements and time limits are set out in the enrolment agreement, which you will receive before you pay anything.

Business carries risk

Starting and running a business involves risk, including the risk of losing the money and time you put in. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Seek your own professional advice.

About the founder's licence

The founder is a former licensed British Columbia real estate agent. That licence is not active. Nothing on this site is an offer to trade in real estate or to provide real estate services, and Agent Marketer does not teach licensed real estate activity. It teaches marketing services provided to agents.
